Saving Bogey Returns Policy
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every purchase on savingbogey.co exceeds your expectations. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Saks, golf shops or specialty retail stores).
Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Sale-Price Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Saving Bogey will replace any footwear with quality defects from workmanship or materials within 30 days of purchase. Saving Bogey does not take returns on footwear damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/material through time, exposure to elements or extensive use.
Custom Saving Bogey gloves and embroidered golf bags are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the custom nature of the product.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
To start your return, please contact us at support@savingbogey.co with the subject line including your order number and the words “return request”. Please note: using the return shipping label that is generated will not incur return postage fees for returns.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange an item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only, if available or in stock. If you would like a different item/style number, please process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted.
